You walk into a shop they say - 'can I help you' you say 'no thanks just looking' ... both are learned scripts! How often do we say the same things over and over to our staff, our clients, our kids - they are all scripts. I'ts about learning the script and then making it our own. And making sure that all of those lttle scripts that we us in life are scripts worth repeating! Dont be a hater Nick ;-) I reckon that we do speak in scripts – we just dont think of them that way.
