StickyBeak Mastermind is a membership based group that meets on a monthly basis and is governed by five main business principles for growth using a mastermind approach.

1. Vision – Each member is encouraged to have a clear and concise vision of how they want their business to be, the mastermind keeps that vision strong and works to assist in moving the business to that vision.

2. Support – Is one of our strongest principles, we work to ensure that iur members are supported in the good, bad, challenging and fun times of their business. Due to the nature of offering support as a focus we have a limit of 20 members per chapter to allow for the focus to remain on each individuals’ development needs.

3. Ideas – StickyBeak mastermind is a place that members can get ideas, dissect the positive and negative of an idea, build, expand and create new ideas using the power of the mastermind.

4. Teamwork – Teamwork makes the dream work! Our group works together as a team so that we can all benefit from the power of the mastermind.

5. Success – is what we are aiming for, we bring education, information, access to resourced and connections to assist our members to reach the success that they desire.

So how does StickyBeak Mastermind work I hear you ask?

The StickyBeak Mastermind is a membership based group, that meets once a month. At the 1-1/2 hour meeting we have an education module where the group facilitator shares the education piece and the group then discuss how that is relevant to their situation – how it can help them, what they could/might do in their business with that information. The group provides feedback to h0w the information can be best used with one another. The group also discusses their challenges, successes and shared learning’s from the month.

So how does StickyBeak mastermind work? Is the Mastermind just about the meetings?

No, the group is designed so that the power of combining talents, efforts and resources can benefit the individual businesses (exclusive forums and communication channels are established for members to maximise their involvement) . Additionally each month there is a focus on the month (eg: sales, marketing, PR, Mindset etc) the group receives a weekly tip, a monthly audio interview and or video interview on the topic, and a group forum discussion for the month. There are also joint activities that are facilitated for the group and can include site visits to other businesses, joint marketing activities, social, fun and challenging experiences.

So how does StickyBeak mastermind work? Can anyone attend?

We welcome guests every second month into the group meetings. Membership of the group is by invitation. It is $149 to join and $55 to attend the monthly meeting. Guests attending $65
